NTR refers to Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, commonly known as NTR, who was a prominent Indian actor, filmmaker, and politician. He was born on May 28, 1923, in Nimmakuru, Andhra Pradesh, India, and passed away on January 18, 1996.

NTR was primarily associated with the Telugu film industry and made a significant impact on the industry during his career.
