Prabhas, whose full name is Prabhas Raju Uppalapati, is an Indian actor known for his work in the Telugu film industry. He was born on October 23, 1979, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Prabhas is primarily known for his role as Baahubali in the blockbuster film franchise “Baahubali: The Beginning” (2015) and “Baahubali: The Conclusion” (2017).
Prabhas made his acting debut in 2002 with the Telugu film “Eeswar” and went on to star in several successful movies. Some of his notable films include “Varsham” (2004), “Chatrapathi” (2005), “Darling” (2010), “Mr. Perfect” (2011), and “Mirchi” (2013), etc. “Adipurush” (2023). However, it was his portrayal of the dual roles of Amarendra Baahubali and Mahendra Baahubali in the “Baahubali” films that catapulted him to international fame and established him as one of the most sought-after actors in the Indian film industry.
