Jailer Review: How did nelson show his hero Rajinikanth?

Rainikanth in Jailer Movie

Director Nelson is a fan of Rajni. He has now written a story called ‘Jailer’ for his hero, Rajinikanth.

How did he show Rajini this film? let’s get into the Jailer review..

Simple Life, But..

Muthu (Rajinikanth) was living a simple Life. After working as a jailer, he retired and spends a retired life with his children and grandchildren.

Son Arjun works as ACP. He is very honest officer. He searches for a gang of thieves who are looting temples.

The leader of this gang, Varma, is very cruel. He kills ACP Arjun.

Muthu, who is grieving the loss of his son, thinks that at least the rest of his family should be saved from the gang.

However, Varma threatens that he will kill everyone in Arjun’s family.

In this tough situation, what did Muthu do? is the actual movie to be seen on screen.

Rajini Becomes Tsunami

one day, theft of idols takes place in a famous cave temple in Tamil Nadu.

This story starts from there. Rajinikanth enters into the role of Muthu in the first ten minutes of the movie.

Rajni’s movies were all with similar dimensions. But the way director Nelson saw Rajinikanth is different.

In the Jailer, Director showed how Rajinikanth would be if he did a role suitable for his age.

First 20 minutes, he designed the character like so calm and settled.

No style, no mannerism seen in the first half.

But.. Rajni’s mark keeps showing up. It builds up slowly and becomes like a tsunami when the interval card comes.

Interval bang is the main attraction of this movie. The director has designed a fight at a dining table.

Rajni makes his wife and daughter-in-law sit down and takes precautions.

A destruction is going on behind. This is definitely an attempt to show the new Rajini.

Plus, Minus

There are some minus points. Muthu’s flashback episode is not very interesting. Muthu appeared as a jailer only for a few minutes.

Bringing Kannada Superstar Siva Rajkumar and Malayalam Superstar Mohan Lal into this story and using them wisely is nice.

But, three were not seen in the same frame.

Ramyakrishna, Tamannaah

Ramya Krishna played a role as Muthu’s wife. She also brought grace to the role.

Tamannaah and Rajinikanth’s steps in the ‘Kaavaalaa’ song attracts audience.

Technically..

The scope of songs in this movie is very less.

background score is perfect.

Finally.. Rajinikanth fans got a chance to see a new Rajini, who we have not seen till now, in Jailer Movie.
